A fair deal, in plain language.

These Terms are an agreement between you and Manita, the operator of heymanita.com. By creating an account, buying points, or using Manita, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who may use Manita

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use Manita for a business or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to bind them.

Your account

Provide accurate information, keep access to your email or Google account secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Your content and permissions

You keep any rights you have in photos, recordings, text, logos, products, and other content you submit. You give Manita a limited, worldwide permission to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service and provide your requested results.

You confirm that you own your uploads or have all permissions needed to use them, including permission from recognizable people and rights to brands, designs, and other protected material.

AI results

Subject to applicable law and third party rights, you may use and commercialize the results created for you. AI results may not be unique, and similar results may be created for others. Laws may not recognize ownership or copyright in every AI generated result.

AI can make mistakes. Review every result before publishing or selling. You are responsible for checking product identity, brand, condition, price, fit, measurements, materials, claims, visual accuracy, and marketplace rules. Do not use edited images to conceal defects or mislead a buyer.

Generations, payments, and refunds

Prices, taxes, currency, and included points are shown before checkout. Point packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Payment is administered by the payment provider shown at checkout, currently Lemon Squeezy. Points do not expire, have no cash value, and may not be transferred or resold.

The displayed point amount is reserved when Manita starts processing a generation. A successful result finalizes that charge. A technical failure that prevents delivery returns the full reserved amount automatically. A technically successful result is not refundable solely because of a subjective creative preference. Every successfully generated image includes two free correction attempts; further corrections are charged at the displayed price. Refund eligibility is explained in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You must follow our AI Content and Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use Manita for illegal activity, fraud, nonconsensual imagery, deceptive impersonation, infringement, harassment, malware, attempts to bypass limits, or interference with the service.

Third party services

Manita relies on third party hosting, authentication, payment, email, AI, and image processing services. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply when they process information or provide checkout. Manita is not affiliated with marketplaces where you may publish a result and cannot control their decisions or policies.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every output will be error free or suitable for a particular marketplace or purpose.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or harm, failed to pay, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using Manita at any time and request account deletion by emailing hello@heymanita.com.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Manita is provided as available and without implied warranties. Manita is not responsible for marketplace decisions, disputes between buyers and sellers, loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Disputes and applicable law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Mandatory consumer protection and data protection laws that apply where you live remain in effect. These Terms do not prevent you from contacting a regulator or using any dispute process available under applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will apply prospectively after the updated version is posted, unless law requires otherwise. Questions are welcome at hello@heymanita.com.
