Effective September 13, 2026
Create beautifully. Use responsibly.
This policy applies to every photo, voice note, instruction, product description, and AI generated or edited image created through Manita.
Your responsibility
Use only content you own or are authorized to use. Get permission from recognizable people before uploading or editing their image. Review every result before publishing, advertising, or selling with it.
Do not use Manita to
- Create illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or violent content.
- Create sexual content involving minors, exploit children, or place a child in an adult or unsafe context.
- Create nonconsensual intimate imagery or sexualize a real person without clear consent.
- Impersonate a real person, mislead people about identity or endorsement, or create deceptive political content.
- Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, design, or other rights.
- Misrepresent a product, counterfeit status, condition, defect, fit, material, certification, safety feature, or performance.
- Generate content for prohibited goods, scams, malware, credential theft, or attempts to bypass service safeguards.
Commercial product imagery
AI styling can change lighting, background, pose, scale, color appearance, and small product details. Clearly disclose material digital alteration when required by law, a marketplace, or an advertising platform. Never use a generated image as proof of authenticity, condition, certification, or exact fit.
People and models
Do not upload a person’s image without authorization. Do not present an AI generated person as a real customer, employee, model, or endorser. If an image could reasonably be mistaken for a real testimonial or documentary photograph, label it appropriately.
Enforcement and reporting
Manita may block a request, remove content, suspend an account, preserve evidence, or report conduct where reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, or the service. To report content or a rights concern, email hello@heymanita.com with the relevant page, result, or account details and an explanation of the concern.
